Welcome to WebCyp. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients engaging with WebCyp for website development, digital marketing, hosting, or other services.
“WebCyp” refers to our agency located in Cyprus and reachable at info@webcyp.com.
“Client” refers to any individual, company, or entity that engages WebCyp for services.
“Services” include, but are not limited to, website development, design, hosting, digital marketing, content creation, and maintenance.
By commissioning WebCyp for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Any modifications to these terms must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
All intellectual property rights to custom work (such as logos, website designs, and content) created by WebCyp will transfer to the client once final payment has been received in full. WebCyp retains the right to reuse non-client-specific code, scripts, and frameworks used during development.
By engaging WebCyp for website development, the client grants WebCyp the right to:
Display the completed website (or parts of it) on our social media channels, website portfolio, presentations, or other marketing materials.
Use the client’s logo or business name for the purpose of promoting our services.
If you wish to opt out of this clause for privacy or legal reasons, you must inform us in writing prior to the commencement of the project.
A deposit (percentage agreed upon in quotation) is required before project commencement.
Final payment is due upon project completion and before the website is made live.
Payments are non-refundable once a project has started, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
Clients agree to provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project progression. Delays in client input may result in project delays for which WebCyp is not liable.
Project timelines are estimated based on current workload and client responsiveness. While we strive to meet deadlines, WebCyp is not responsible for delays due to client actions or external factors beyond our control.
WebCyp will not be liable for any loss of revenue, profit, or data arising from the use or inability to use the delivered website or services.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved under Cypriot jurisdiction.
